This training introduces Twofold, an AI-powered medical scribe designed to support clinicians in crafting high-quality clinical documentation in an efficient turnaround time. With a few advanced adaptations, this platform can also be leveraged to quickly develop drafts of your psychological immigration evaluations in just a few seconds after a clinical interview is completed! Whether you’re working on asylum, U visa, T visa, or hardship waiver cases, Twofold is here to streamline your workflow—helping you focus more on your clients and less on administrative burdens.
Throughout this training, we’ll explore how to effectively integrate Twofold into your practice, adapt it to your unique clinical voice, and ensure your evaluations meet both professional and ethical standards. By the end, you’ll be equipped with practical strategies to make the most of AI assistance and save time, while preserving the human insight and empathy that defines your work.
The target demographic for this training are licensed counselors who currently are trained in and provide psychological immigration evaluations for applicants of U-Visa’s, T-Visa’s, Hardship waivers, VAWA Self-Petitions, Asylum Waivers, and other applications requiring mental health evaluations for migrants.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
-Identify basic features in Twofold for use in counseling practice and documentation (30 minutes)
-Identify key ethical considerations for using AI to help with mental health report development/assessment (10 minutes)
-Identify and implement advanced features and settings in Twofold for use in development of a psychological immigration evaluation (50 minutes)
